I have been doing Brigitte’s online BodyBlitz classes and can’t recommend them highly enough. It’s really convenient for me to be able to log-on in the evening. I used to be a total exercise-phobic, never enjoying or having any ambition to train. After a bad spell of health, my doctor advised some exercise. I got in touch with Brigitte thinking I need a professional Personal Trainer that can also help me with my motivation. And it worked! I never thought I'd say this but I do actually enjoy exercising now, and I feel so much better for it! I can even keep up with the kids now! Well worth it! Can't recommend highly enough!!

Brigitte is a very empathetic coach with a unique skillset. You can tell when you train with her. She really tunes in, understands, and turns things around seemingly with so much ease that only one with immense expertise and experience can. She makes sessions fun and varied, and is super motivating, positive and encouraging whilst giving everyone the chance to push themselves to their own limit. Brigitte's sessions are a fix point in my calendar and I look forward to them every week.

About your Coach
Brigitte Cummings is your Head Coach. She competed at sports from a young age and started coaching at the age of 11. Over the years, Brigitte gained the highest sport coaching qualifications, incl. an MSc in Performance Psychology, Master Personal Trainer, Triathlon Coach Level II, NLP Sports Practitioner, Certificate III & IV in Fitness, SQA National Progression Award in Coaching Level 5, and many more. With over 30 years of experience in coaching in Sport, 15 years of experience in top management positions in the business world, and as a mum of two kids, Brigitte understands the challenges and demands of life. With three related University degrees, she combines the best of scientific research with her many years of experience to create unique state-of-the-art programmes that help you reach your goals, fulfil your potential and ultimately live your life better.
