Well done for having decided to get into running. Maybe you have even signed up for a race or event - great! No need to panic, you can do this, and we are here for you along the way! 

If you are new to running, fear not. We have put together some essentials for you to train safely for your event, from tips and tricks to training essentials to some exercise videos to build up some running strength and also stretch out those muscles to make sure you can reach your goal.

Training Videos

Whether you are new to running, or a seasoned pro, we have put together a series of three short workout videos for you to do at home to build up your walking/running strength, get those all important glutes fired up and improve your walking/running technique.
