We offer membership options, tailored to your training needs and goals. Our programmes include swim, run and fitness training as well as triathlon training (swim, bike, and run training). Choose the package that suits you best below! All our training sessions can be found here.
Swim Training Packages
Sometimes, athletes just want to swim with us. Often used when injuries prevent them from run training. For this, we have created some additional swim packages.

SWIM 1 4 coached swim sessions per month Let us know your preferred session when booking and we'll check and confirm your fixed space in class. (note: does not incl. technique or total beginners classes.)

SWIM BEGINNERS 1 weekly small group session for total beginners session Learn to swim, swim better, longer, faster and effortlessly. Classes available for total beginners (no swim experience) and for those who want to improve technique.

TRIATHLON LICENSE Annual Triathlon Austria License |
Required for all swimmers by Triathlon Austria due to insurance reasons. It includes accident insurance in training and races as well as day license fees for races. We just charge a small admin fee and add perks - such as 10% off your membership bookings - to make it worth it for you and to support the sport of triathlon.

Run, Fitness and Strength Training
If you are just looking for run training, or want to work on your fitness with strength & conditioning, here are your options. Often booked when coming back from injury or to work on ironing out weaknesses or imbalances (e.g. leg muscles for running, power in arms for swimming, etc.), or to prevent injuries or overtraining.

RUN ONLY 1 weekly run One weekly run training session to improve your run technique, specific run drills, and run agility and strength - to become a better runner and run easier, faster, for longer. Often also booked to return from injury to build up safely.

FITNESS & STRENGTH 1 weekly session One strength & conditioning session per week. Full body workouts to ensure you getting fit and strong! Often booked in combination with other training packages to build up baseline fitness.

2FITNESS & STRENGTH or 1 Fitness & 1 Run 2 weekly sessions Two strength & conditioning session per week, or you can mix and match and combine one strength session with one run session with this package! Full body workouts to ensure you getting fit and strong!

Please check what is included in the individual packages above. In all packages, all coaching, the entry fees at our regular pools as well as exclusive lane use are included. You also get priority booking (get your first choice!) for any extra training sessions, workshops, seminars or training camps.

No, under these packages you can also just train with us. However, it is always good fun to do competitions as a team and we support you all the way. If you start at races, you commit to start under the GoZebra flag (i.e. you put "GoZebra" in the field "Club" when booking your race). You may then also be eligible for the subsidised packages with an Austrian Triathlon License. Please enquire.
