Hello, welcome to our AC Outdoor Fitness. I am committed to providing you with the best training out there. That's why every member gets a complimentary Personal Training Consultation as part of our unique onboarding process. That allows us to train you the best way possible and really help you to achieve your goals, making our outdoor fitness classes an affordable and maintainable way of combining all the benefits of Personal Training with all the motivational benefits of group training. So if you are not seeing results with your current training, are tired of hours in the gym, find personal training too expensive, like to exercise in the fresh air with a group of friendly people, and want to see great results, join our team now!

Options

Outdoor Fitness Classes take place twice per week outdoors, on a Tuesday (Bruntsfield Links) and Friday (Meadows) at 9:15am. You can choose to come to one or two sessions, and from three packages, depending on how much Personalised Training you want.
BRONZE: OUTDOOR FITNESS CLASSES
This is for everyone who enjoys getting fit in the fresh air with an awesome group of like-minded people.

SILVER: CLASSES + MOT (+£20)
This package is for everyone who is just starting out, or wants a bit more out of training and more personalisation, accountability, and motivation. Great for everyone who wants a little extra to reach their goals, such as lose some body fat, train for an event or race, or even out muscle imbalances (such as weak glutes, core, pelvic floor, etc.).

  • Regular 6-weekly FITNESS MOTs
  • Regular Fitness Progress Check-ins
  • Your very own PT App
  • Regular Mini Personal Training Programmes

GOLD: CLASSES + MOT + PT + NUTRITION (+£25)
​This package is for everyone who wants to reap maximum benefits of their training, with a holistic approach combining all the benefits of Bootcamp, Personal Training, and Nutrition Coaching for fast and maintainable results. Great for everyone who wants to transform their body shape or tone, has an event or race to train for, recovering from injuries (knee problems, ITB issues, back pain, etc.), looking to improve specific areas (such as pelvic floor, running strength, flexibility, etc.), or improve their performance for a specific sport.

  • Regular 6-weekly full PT Consultations & FITNESS MOTs & Nutrition Analysis

All members have the option to add our unique home workouts AC BODY BLiTZ at a preferential rate. It includes all LIVE online training sessions with your trusted coach to do from the comfort of your home, as well as UNLIMITED access to our Workout Library, boasting over 40 workout videos, with at least two new ones added per week! All our classes are professionally designed programmes based on sport science, including progressions and periodisation to enable best results. They are fun, safe, and suitable for all levels as there are always progressions for each exercise. Our classes are a great way of increasing your fitness or for cross-training as it is a full body group workout for both cardio and strength. Training in a group with like-minded people results in higher motivation, greater perseverance, and long-term and maintainable results.

The best training out there
With our classes, you get the best of both - the motivation and great vibe of group training and the personalised attention of Personal Training - making it the best training out there, at a fraction of the cost. This means we can train you the best way possible, targeting you individual goals and getting optimum results. You will also get regular reviews to track your progress and to celebrate your achievements.


When & Where

We run two training sessions per week. You can mix & match sessions, and you can always make up for any missed sessions. ​
