Your role
You will own GoZebra's marketing and communication activities from planning through to execution, analysis and continuous improvement.
Marketing & Communication
- Develop and deliver GoZebra's marketing and communication strategy
- Create and maintain a clear annual communication and content plan
- Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns
- Analyse performance through key KPIs including reach, engagement, follower growth and conversions
- Identify new trends, creative ideas and opportunities to strengthen the GoZebra brand
- Create engaging content including photos, videos, reels, interviews, athlete stories and written articles
- Develop creative concepts, viral ideas and campaigns that reflect GoZebra's energetic and modern identity
- Produce marketing materials for events, memberships and club initiatives
- Manage our Instagram presence and help develop our TikTok channel
- Manage and update the GoZebra website and blog
- Create Mailchimp newsletters and email campaigns
- Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels
- Manage communication with members via email, WhatsApp, our club app and phone
- Support new member enquiries and onboarding
- Help ensure a professional, friendly and responsive member experience
About you
You are:
- Passionate about sport and understand what makes sports marketing engaging
- Highly organised, reliable and proactive
- Creative with plenty of ideas
- A strong writer with excellent communication skills
- Independent, solution-oriented and happy taking ownership
- Professional with high attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in marketing, communication or social media
- Excellent content creation skills
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong copywriting ability
- Experience with social media platforms
- A sporting background or strong involvement in sport (essential)
- Website or blog management
- Mailchimp or email marketing experience
- Photography or video editing
- Club, event or community management experience

GoZebra Event Manager
GoZebra is looking for an Event Manager to plan and deliver sports and team events - from idea and blueprint to organisation, execution, and post-event review.
--Key Responsibilities--
** Plan, organise and execute events from beginning to end
** Develop new event ideas and turn existing ideas into clear event plans
** Manage timelines, logistics, suppliers and on-site implementation
** Work with our marketing expert on promotion and visibility
** Support the creation of suitable marketing materials where possible
** Plan and look after staff, members and participants before, during and after events
** Review and reporting of events afterwards
--What We’re Looking For--
--Must haves:--
** Strong organisational and project management skills
** Event management experience
** Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with a proactive, hands-on to-do mentality (solutions rather than problems)
** Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
--Nice to haves:--
** Canva or design software experience
** Marketing experience, incl campaigns, social media,
** Sports industry knowledge (experience in triathlon or any of the three sports swim, run bike is a plus!)
