Wednesdays 16:30-17:15 - Währingerpark Run Track (May-Oct); Türkenschanzpark (Nov-April) These classes are for your child/youngsters to: > have fun doing a variety of sports to lay a broad foundation > brush up on the basics of the school sports curriculum and close any gaps in a fun way (e.g. in turnen, throwing/catching, ball games) > build enjoyment and confidence in sports and exercise beyond school sports > spend time outdoors and away from screens > understand and feel the benefits of exercising and fresh air to lay a foundation for a healthy life > prepare for sports tests or exams Your child will become fitter, healthier and stronger, and develop a healthy confidence through sports and the outdoors. |

Welcome to our KiDs FiT Classes - a uniquely designed childhood development programme to prepare kids physically and mentally for life
A solid foundation in life is laid in childhood: growth mindset, emotional intelligence, healthy habits, solid character, strong resilience. We build our curriculum on the UNESCO four pillars of education (see below), designed to equip children with a solid foundation in life, social and emotional skills, a love for lifelong learning, on bringing out their very own strengths.
KiDs FiT is a unique pedagogically designed childhood development programme for children aged 4-14, based on sports science and mental skills research. It combines the best of Growth Mindset, Emotional Intelligence and Resilience and translate it into fun exercises, providing children with a playful way to develop physical and mental fitness for life.
What's more, KiDs FiT classes take place in German and English, so not only do your kids get physically and mentally fit, they are also exposed to another language in a safe and playful environment - just the way children naturally learn a new language.

How does it work
In our KiDs classes, we welcome children on their own or with their parent(s). What is better depends very much on your child, their age and what you are trying to achieve. Some like to give their children the freedom and confidence to stay in class by themselves, others enjoy the bonding time with their kids and motivating their kids by being a role model for a healthy, active life - whilst getting a good workout in themselves.
Who is it for
Small class sizes, suitable for school-aged children between 4 and 14 years old. Classes are split as suitable for specific exercises and goals, and brought together for some activities for cross-age-group training and games. This way, everyone gets their age-group- and goal-specific training with the added benefit of mingling with different age groups which is so important for social development.
