GoZebra.FiT is a state-of-the-art ground-breaking approach to training, uniquely combining the best of Sport Science and Sport Psychology into one vibrant, efficient programme designed to really make an impact to your fitness, health, life and happiness

Why I created this unique training approach
I know of the challenges of everyday life too well, focusing on your job, children, family, and all else (basically putting everything else first), that the motivation or time to train is sometimes scarce, if non-existent. And before you know it, you start to look and feel not how you would like to look and feel.

This is where the GoZebra.FiT approach come in 
Fitness as unique and individual as you, designed to get the best out of you! Small group training allows for personalised coaching and gives you the accountability, motivation and tools to stay consistent with your fitness, so you can get into the best form of your life.

Here's How It Works
We uniquely combine the best of Sport Science and Sport Psychology with many years of experience in Personal Training, Sports Coaching, Competing at Sports, and Business. In our small group trainings, Personal Training meets motivational group training and mental skills coaching - for maximum benefits and best results! What's more, all our programmes are designed around you! Personalised, varied, and with a big portion of fun and support, you can relax, enjoy, and reach your goals whilst having a lot of fun! Together with other like minded people, we'll train once, twice or three times per week in a fun and result-focused strength and conditioning programme with mental skills.

We always start with an individualised 1:1 conversation to get to know you and your goals. I then design programmes based on sport science and sport psychology and coach you to your individual needs. This enables you to train safely, to your level, and to achieve your individual goals.

The Science behind it

Our unique approach is developed based on the scientific biological-psychological model which shows how body and mind are always connected. Just think about speaking in front of hundreds of people. Your heart will start beating fast, you may get sweaty hands, and your tummy might feel a bit fluttery - a physiological response to something in your mind. The same can happen the opposite way - for instance a migraine that causes anxiety, possibly feeding back to your body as a panic attack.

Your body and mind are linked and constantly communicate. The good news is that - thanks to something called neuroplasticity - we can change the way our brains and bodies communicate, and optimise this conversation. This has an epigenetic effect on our bodies which means that good genes are switched on and bad ones are turned off, significantly reducing the risk of physical and mental illnesses and resulting in greater health and happiness and allowing us to fulfil our potential.
