I have been doing Brigitte’s online BodyBlitz classes and can’t recommend them highly enough. It’s really convenient for me to be able to log-on in the evening. Brigitte creates a really supportive and motivating environment and the exercises are always new and interesting. Thanks Brigitte...I will definitely be signing up for the next block!

After years of Personal Training and gym work that only left me tired and constantly worried about my shape, food, and energy, a friend recommended Brigitte. I used to be a total exercise-phobic, never enjoying or having any ambition to train. After a bad spell of health, my doctor advised some exercise. I got in touch with Brigitte thinking I need a professional Personal Trainer that can also help me with my motivation. And it worked! I never thought I'd say this but I do actually enjoy exercising now, and I feel so much better for it! I can even keep up with the kids now! Well worth it! Can't recommend highly enough!!

I had back aches all my life, and started to get injections and serious health problems with it. Brigitte did a personal 1:1 assessment with me, and looks after me in class very well. Within 2 months of Brigitte's Park Fit sessions, my backaches are gone, I am off meds and my quality of life has significantly improved. I can just say, thank you - this is life changing!
