A: We have all different levels of fitness and all exercises have variations so everyone gets the best workout for their level.
Q: Can I bring my children?
A: Yes, we are a child-friendly bunch so bring them along if you think they will be happy to play or be in the buggy whilst you exercise. You can always attend to them and join back in when you are ready.
Q: I have not exercised much before – is Bootcamp for me?
A: Yes - the exercises are designed for every level and there are options to suit your level of fitness!
Q: I am quite fit – will it be too easy?
A: We always offer progressions for each exercise to so you can push yourself to your very own limit and increase your fitness and strength.
