Who is it for?
I train with adults, the elderly, children, parents with their child/ren, athletes and people recovering from injury. Sessions can be individual 1:1 sessions, or you can come in small groups of two or three. Please select the option you are interested in below, and I will be in touch shortly.
Bespoke Personal Training
Our bespoke Personal Training approach will mark a changing point in your life. Uniquely combining world-class coaching with mental skills training will enable you make life lasting changes to your health and well-being. All sessions are fully personalised to your needs, carefully designed based on Sport Science, and complemented with Mental Skills Training based on Sport Psychology Research. All sessions are with your highly qualified Head Coach, Brigitte Cummings (MSc, Mag, BSc, ANLP, UKCC Level II Coach, Master Personal Trainer, Mental Skills Coach) who has worked with clients of all levels and ages to help each and everyone of them to achieve their very personal goals. You can choose to train in your home, in your garden, or at a park near you.

Everyday in my job, I have the chance to make a difference to people’s lives, sometimes big, sometimes subtle, always improvements, and often fundamentally life changing. It makes what I do meaningful and real. And that’s what inspires and motivates me to go the extra mile for my clients.
