If anyone has told me that I would do 100 pushups I would have laughed out loud. Then, I did it - through this programme - and so will you - and all at under 15 minutes a day and in two weeks! I have carefully designed and tested this programme - on myself, my ever so willing husband, and lots of friends (sorry not sorry guys! :). It may sound hard, it may seem impossible, but we build up your strength gradually and it really works - so give it a go! I have never felt so strong in my back, shoulders and core! |
