Running Training - Booking
Welcome to our run team! Here, you can book your run session! You can choose to book for one, two or three people, if you like to have family or friends come along!
Sessions are charged monthly on a recurring basis. Trainings generally run all year round with 2 weeks off in summer and 2 weeks off in winter. This is already factored into the overall price. We hope you understand that sessions cannot be refunded due to illness, adverse weather conditions, when sessions fall on public holidays or are to be attended by less than three members (sessions may still be held subject to your coch's courtesy). However, we offer the flexibility to pause your sessions if you are away for more than 3 weeks during class times, you can make up missed sessions where possible in another class within a month, and you cancel anytime with a month's notice.

We also offer 1:1 run technique workshops for a thorough analysis of your running technique and a personalised training programme.
